My family and I had a lovely dinner at Seoul Bulgogi last Sunday nite. We had a great time there... Dayat and Masnie were there too... I decided to belanja my family before I'm getting married this 07.07.07... Just to enjoy the moment of me being a "bachelor"... ehehehehe...
We ate alot that nite!!! Like a babarian!!! Of course my fav wud be the "black pepper beef & chicken"... and not to forget the ketam, udang, sotong, and all sort of "balls" (ehehehehe)... waliew wehhh... Best giler!!!
My 5 years old niece was kinda shocked when she first knew that we need to cook the food by ourselves. Hahahahah... so cute to see her doing the cooking stuff... And when she saw the ice-cream, she just ran to it leaving the food on the pan hangus!!! ehehehehehe...
On a side note, Me and Ollie decided not to see each other for 2 weeks before our wedding day. And from wat I heard, she had a lovely bridal shower arranged by her close friends. Twice if I'm not mistaken... and as for me, I had a karaoke session with my school buddies last Friday nite. It was fun too... We sang until 3.00 a.m and lepak sampai pukul 6.00 pagi... ehehhehe... It has been quite sometime jugak la tak lepak macam tu... best! best!

Just Around the Corner...
Another 3 weeks and 3 days to go!!! How time flies… and the preparation? Hmmm… so far so good… everything is in order. Just need to double check on the arrangement made prior to this especially on the hantaran, food, tent, and baju… Me and Ollie is quite busy distributing the invitation cards lately… to all the relatives, friends, neighbours, and anyone that we can think of-lah…
As for my "inner" preparation, hmmm… that's really hard to explain… it's a mixture feeling. Of course I'm really happy with the whole thing, but sometimes I have to admit that I'm a bit scared-lah… yela… entering a new life couples with lots of responsibilities and commitments… Am I ready for it? Hmmm… that's very subjective I can say… It all depends on the perspective that I'm looking at. But so far, I can assure you that all are in the affirmative…
After the BIG thing, we will settle down at Ollie's place. And thank GOD that Ollie's place is just a walking distance from my house. Meaninggggg… I can drop by to my house at any time that I like… almost EVERYDAY!!! Alhamdulillah… So hopefully there will be no problem for me to check on my mom and my other siblings.
Living with the in-laws… hmmmm… Nothing much I can say about it since this will be my first attempt (of course-lah!)… but I have the strong feeling that everything will turns out to be ok… don't ask me why… I just can feel it… and I hope that feeling is true…

I like to be different. But that doesn't mean I have to go against all the norms to be one. I believe the majority will disagree with me on this issue, and perhaps, maybe the nerd, weirdo, or love hater will only share the same thought with me. Who knows?!? It's a free world. Hmmm…
But oh well, to tell you the truth, I personally think that Valentine's Day should not be one the most awaited "day" in our calendar year. I'm not trying to act "alim" because I'm saying this not on religion basis. And I'm not disputing it because of its holistic value nor it has to do with celebrating the death of Saint Valentine. This is purely my personal view.
To me, V-day celebration is a bunch of trite trash. Everyone runs around frothing, proclaiming their love and pledging their eternal allegiance (faithfulness) to one another. Hmmm… and that really makes me sick!!!...
If someone truly cared about you, don't you think that you would hear it more often than once a year?!? And what's the purpose of doing or celebrating it on the V-day? Well, perhaps, maybe this is the "safe escape-route" reason given by the anti-valentine-ism. But let me ask you one thing, will it supposedly cover all wrongs and faults in the relationship with one fell swoop, leaving the giver being pardoned of all sins committed by him/her within the past year?!?
And please don't ever get me wrong guys. I'm not a person who will bent on giving grief to everyone else who is dating. In fact, I am not only dating someone, but already engaged with her!!! It is just me being a stark realist. I want someone to tell me if I'm loved of their own volition, not because of some fabricated greeting card to compel them. You know what, I realty think that someone has made this up, and they were being serious about it!!!...
Beside that, the idea of getting a gift from your significant other on V-Day almost seems not "serving the purpose" to me. Again, please don't get me wrong. Everyone loves getting gifts. And that will include me. But what matter most is getting a gift that REALLY means something that touches the heart. It can be anything. Be it a box of chocolates to a nice and sweet poem. You know what I mean right? It's the "aaahhhhhh…" factor!!! More often than not, the gift that you get on this day of sick public displays of affection are nothing more than something to say "you've upheld your end of the bargain and have fulfilled your duties".
And please, this is just my opinion... maybe you're right, and I'm wrong... what matter me most is the fact that though we maybe not on the same boat about this, but I believe there is still a small room for consideration... Insya Allah...

'Preparation for the BIG day...
Woot!!! Woot!!! There's another 5 months to go!!! uiiiieeeee... kalut-kalut!!! So far the preparations are still at the early stage... baju, khemah, hantaran, camera/videoman, cards, foods, guest lists, pelamin, etc... argghhh!!!
Last Saturday (27.1.2007), my fiancee and I went to "SHENADZ D'WANGGA" and met my cousin, Nazri (the owner) for the clothing arrangement, pelamin, hantaran, make-up, and of course, the upah (RM! RM! RM!)... SheNadz D'Wangga can be contacted at this website : http://www.shenadzdwangga.com/
To be frank, before this, I was still in my "relax mode", but until when we sat down and seriously discussed about the matter, walieu wei!!! A LOT OF THINGS NEED TO BE DONE weh!!! Luckily I got the "Check List"... hehehehe... *phewww*
Need to save more money lah!

A Trip to Penang... (23.1.2007)
I had the opportunity to drive to Penang last Monday nite (22.1.2007) with my brother (Son aka Mok) for a matter in the Penang High Court. It was such a fantastic and relaxing journey with my Ebony and it only took us 3 and a half hour driving from Shah Alam to The Northam All Suite, Penang!!! (just next to the Court) ...hehehehehe...  ... (tu belum tekan kaw-kaw lagi tuh!!!)
We reached Penang at about 2.30 a.m, and when we checked-in the suite, waliew!!! ternganga beb!!! cun giler!!! summore siap ada jakuzzi!!! wahahahah... macam sakai la kitorang!!! and we both ended up to bed around 6.00 a.m!!! (yes, my matter start at 9.00 a.m...)
After finished with the Court's matter, I went back to the suite (walking distance), had my breakfast, and requested for our room to be extended until 2.00 p.m. (tak puas lagi beb!!!) Then, both of us went for a quick tour around the Penang island and had our lunch at the so called famous "Nasi Kandar Line Clear"... The food was "so-so" la... Dunno wat so special about the Penang Nasi Kandar, as I personally think that we can get the same in KL?!?  Except for the "enviroment"... Well, on our way back, we managed to grab some "jeruk" as "buah tangan"... (cannot tahan babe... slluuurrrppp... kecur air liur!!! )
At about 3.00 p.m, we headed ourselves to Simpang Pulai, Ipoh to visit my Uncle... Had our dinner there, chow around 9.00 p.m. and safely reached home around 11.00 p.m (alhamdulillah)... phew... penat giler!!! But then, the 24 hours trip to Penang was worth a trip lah... a "quickie" I can say... heheheh...

My 28th Birthday (2.12.2006)
I really had a wonderful birthday celebration this year!!! It was my first birthday to celebrate it with my fiancee... The feeling was really good!!!
First, it all started with the new car, then a surprise birthday celebration planned by my fiancee with all of her friends (shima, weween, nisha, yea, faizal & hafiz), a birthday cake, and after that, i got the most practical birthday present from my fiancee (by looking at the current situation la...), a smart tag with a touch n go card preloaded with RM100.00 credit... wahahahahahah... baru kena ngan my Ebony!!! No more traffic jam before the toll booth!!! yipeee.....
Owh! by the way, we celebrated my birthday at the Casuarina Hotel, Ipoh... hehehehhe... gempak tak?!? All the way there just to celebrate my birthday... No lah!!! It so happened that we were there for Shasha's wedding reception... hehehhe... And a trip to Ipoh with my Ebony and my fiancee was really great and mind relaxing!!!
Can't wait for another long trip journey... Most likely will have to head for Temerloh's High Court on this 7.12.2006... hehehhehe... will keep u guys posted... chiow...

After 6 years of waiting with patience and anxiety... finally, i own a FORD FOCUS!!! yeah! It's the new FORD FOCUS 2.0L HATCHBACK!!! and it's BLACK in colour (that's why i named it EBONY!!!)... To double up the joy, I got my Ford Focus on 1.12.2006, one day before my birthday!!! what a lovely birthday present for me aite?!? hahahahahhaha... alhamdulillah....
Maybe some of u guys might have this thought in your mind... "Why a Ford Focus ("FF")?!?" Ford's cars are well known for its poor resale value and all the negative perceptions of the public?!? huh! Do I look like I care?!? Can u count how many FF you see on our Malaysian road? not that many rite? yes... because it's RARE... and i like to be different from others...
Some of the reasons why I decide to go for FF are the car comes with stiffer bodyshell, offers even better handling and ride, and much larger than its predecessor (MKI). As a result the interior and boot space has increased!!! The interior and dashboard also is constructed from higher quality plastics than before, and the overall feeling of solidity of the car has been increased in a deliberate attempt to emulate the standards set by most of the Continental cars.
I can go on and on to talk about this car... To sum up I can say that, "The car is great!!! The feeling is great!!!" I'm just happy to be one of the lucky guys...
